Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles to enter the car wash tunnel.
  • Answer customer questions and address concerns/issues in a positive manner.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience characterized by friendliness, professionalism, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Advise customers of services and package options.
  • Assist in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) in an outdoor environment.
